The sky is blue beyond the city's center, more so than most Seattlites are accustomed to.

The sharp arches of the Science Center are juxtapositioned against the ever moody Needle that stays shadowy in the back.

It's a bit blurry, the eye can't catch the different without sensing the distortion around the Space Needle.
